Product Information

Keep in mind, in according to laws of Bangladesh we do not carry on transferable items, fragility and other constraints though we give focus on fashion products. As we sell our products based on Bangladesh, so the prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.)

1. Product Availability

   Here some items have limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of their production, stock may not be recovered. Actually, once an item is sold out, it may not be available in the future. So that products may not appear on our website again. When a product is no longer in stock, we try to our best to remove that product from the website in due time. However, if you have any questions about the availability of a particular item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

2. Colors

   We always try to represent each product color as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to monitor imbalance of personal computer/laptop/tablet/phone or hand-held devices, we are unable guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

3. Pricing
   

   If our product listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical error or error in pricing information. We will have the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. VAT are applicable on all product according to the law of Bangladesh.

4. Payment system
   

   Now cash on delivery is available as our Payment system. ghorerhat.com have the right to cancel any orders if order has not been confirmed within 14 working days from the date of your order placement.

5. Shipping Fees

   Our shipping and processing charges are mentioned on our website. We ensure that, you will be compensated if product will not reach you at all or in its original state.
