If You need to replace your product, the replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting that product delivery. Another thing is that, refund is only applicable to the canceled order products due to product unavailability.

Product(s) cannot be returned, if it once received by the customer. Customers are strongly requested to check properly the product before receiving the product(s).

Requirements for a product return

  • Evidence of purchase (order number, date, invoice, etc.)
